The ****************** staff are always courteous and never recommend services that are not needed. I have worked with them on several occasions and have no issues.
Stay away from this place specially the service department they will charge you for repairs thats not done to your car service manager and the ** is the worst not professional at all .

This customer did not even bring the vehicle in for service, it was a family member. The service department recommended a maintenance that was due and the customer approved. The customer owns a small used car lot and was unhappy that we would not reverse the charge and do it for free. so saying we are charging for repairs not done is a lie. the vehicle in question also had a salvage title. Yes. Yes. The vehicle I bought was 'as is' ...I agreed to that.. But I did not expect the dang thing to explode 50 miles later. Got a big song and dance about how this was a 'family of the dealer's' vehicle. Wow. So duped. Buyer BEWARE.

Bought lightly used 2017 Traverse from them week ago. Salesman professional and very nice. No pressure! Floor manager friendly too. Finance lady terrific! Organized and carefully explained all paper. Checked county tag and noticed we had a third car tag not being used. So she renewed and had a new tag ready for us when we set down with her! Now that's service!! My husband and I have purchased numerous cars and trucks over almost forty years and we have never had an experience to brag about like this!!! Truly was fun!!!!!

I have been a customer for over 5 years both buying and having service there - I have always found them helpful and friendly. When I have had unexpected wait time they made sure I had options and when I had my beloved on hospice they made sure to expedite service so I wouldn't be gone longer than absolutely necessary.
