My mom was in your hospital from June 21st to July 7th. Since your nursing staff can’t change the compression stockings my mom has been left blisters and sores even though she told your nurses that it hurt they never checked. I have decided to contact the State of Florida and if I have to I will hire a lawyer. The food was awful, nursing staff did not turn my mother, moved call button at night, during day if she it call button no one came. my name is Cody Channell 2 days ago on June 7th I had a walk-in at the hospital on Root 70 in Bradenton. I had got 5 staples on my left ankle but I also had to get a tetanus shot before by a doctor named Yolanda. it was the quickest Best Shot I've ever gotten honestly did not even know that I have gotten the shot yet I asked her when she was going to do it and it was already done so I just want to give her credit that she deserves. she deserves a promotion * In my opinion* Anytime I come back and need a doctor. Highly recommend the ER in Lakewood Ranch, especially Dr James and staff. I felt well cared for and trusted them entirely. I was sent to Doctors Hospital where the care went downhill. Although there were a few standout people who cared for me during my stay, for the most part I was disappointed in the standard of care.
My husband was sent to DH from Emcompss rehab. His heart rate was up to 204 with blood pressure very low he passed out.The ER staff was right on him and so polite they admitted him to the hospital where they did a cardio version and saved my husbands life.. He was in SMH for 5 days for pneumonia then to Emcompss where he got worse then to DH. You will be hearing from us after he is fully recovered. The staff on the 5th floor is the best ( John and Allen) Thank you Doctors Hospital for giving me my husband back. Carla
