I am a difficult patient with a gag reflex. Yet from the phone call asking for an appointment to entering the office, Susan, Natalie, Mia, Dr. Gruppuso, and Jennifer provided patient, kind, knowledgeable care of me and my teeth. This is an exceptional office in every regard I had several bad experiences with dentists across Sarasota. Sarasota Bay Dental is a diamond in the rough Highly recommended

We had a hard time finding a great honest and fully staffed dental practice when we moved to Sarasota. The front office staff were friendly and welcoming, Mia, the dental hygienist, was very gentle with the X-rays and cleaning, and Dr G was terrific and did a very thorough exam.
I recently had my teeth cleaned and Crowns put in and I must say. Noboby is comfortable in a Dentist chair right? Well, they made me feel more comfortable than any Dentist I have ever been to and did and incredible job. They are very helpful with your insurance, freindly and sensitive to how you react to your dental experience. I highly recomend this crew.
