I arrived as a walk-in in the afternoon and asked how much it was for a “brow, lip and chin.” I was told it was $32. During the service, the threader noticed that a moved my neck and said that “necks are $10 extra.” when I inquired about full face service I was told it was “$50 and does not include the neck.” When she completed the service, I noticed the face part of my chin was done, but not be beneath the jawline and beneath my face. Me and my wife have been walking in for the last 7 years but last week the manager talked me into making a appointment and when we got there a little late the manager said she sent us a text telling us about their cancellation policy and if you cancel appointment your supposed to pay them 100% of the service. I told her we didn't cancel our appointment we are here now. She argued that by not coming there on time it's like a cancellation because they could have helped a customer during that time.
