Me and my wife have been walking in for the last 7 years but last week the manager talked me into making a appointment and when we got there a little late the manager said she sent us a text telling us about their cancellation policy and if you cancel appointment your supposed to pay them 100% of the service. I told her we didn't cancel our appointment we are here now. She argued that by not coming there on time it's like a cancellation because they could have helped a customer during that time. Very clean and very professional.
I was in desperate need of getting my eyebrows threaded and found this shop while searching for places nearby. I had an incredible experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the person who threaded my brows, but they were amazing. They were so precise and clearly very skilled at shaping eyebrows. The shop itself was extremely clean and easy to find. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️🩷
