You’ll be lucky if they pick up the phone, get back to you or show up... Get used to hearing the word “tomorrow i promise” A LOT! They definitely don’t honor their word and leave a crazy mess of debris and nails everywhere to ensure your tires get punctured... plenty of more reputable companies out there.
I dealt with Chris and everything went great. Detailed estimate and explanation of what to expect as well as timeline . I needed a new roof on a townhouse. Saranovic and Sons doesn't sub contract, they are a family business and do all the work themselves Pricing was very competitive. Chris was very cleat about what repairs really needed to be done and which ones were optional. Roof was replaced in 3 days and work was done within budget, no surprise costs.
