Woman who finally answered the phone was extremely rude. She interrupted me and refused to answer my questions. She quickly stated that their units are $900 a month and are only for people age 62 and over, even if you are disabled, and that the waiting list is 5 years long. I didn't even find out how you can apply and be added to the waitlist. She just wanted to end the call as quickly as possible. She wouldn't even identify herself.
