They staff was nice and all and they have a lot of availability as they can lash 4 people at once. However the quality and service aren’t great. My lash tech kept stopping during my appointment to carry on conversation which made my appointment longer as his was happening so often. My lashes also don’t look like the best quality they’re are hard and thick and very plastic looking. She also applied the clusters way too close to my lash line causing a lot of pain and discomfort when I blink and sleep. Days later I’m waking up ... read more
