Sarah’s sensitivity towards our tenants while gaining their co-operation for staging and showings, was pivotal to finding a good buyer. I consulted with Sarah based on her positive reviews and unfortunately was met with not such a great one. I wish everyone to explore their options. She recommends selling at the absolute bottom of the price and doesn’t actually try to go by the 2% realty and wanted to offer full buyer commission right away. When I asked her to try to go with 2% first she laughed at my request.
Out of the three realtors I consulted, Sarah stood out by pricing my property the highest, and she successfully sold it for a price very close to the listing value. Throughout the entire sales process, she was consistently responsive, cheerful, and ready to assist whenever I needed her. Her dedication and expertise made the experience smooth. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled realtor.
