Had a good experience with Sarah. We were initially worried that going with a 2% realtor would reduce our exposure but these days most buyers search MLS themselves. Her photos and write up were great and the property sold quickly, though that's partly due to the fact that we were in a bit of a rush to sell and listed below market.
