One of worst surgical experiences of my life. My experience with Dr. Vakkalanka raised serious concerns about patient safety. I underwent a complete thyroidectomy and felt that I did not receive sufficient information about the procedure or the post-operative care I would need. I went there for sinus issues and a plugged left ear. Phillip the PA did a thorough exam and referred me go multiple testing with scans of my head in an MRI machine for almost an hour. I never heard anything about my results or any follow up after that. It has been 3 months and nothing. They never sent any results or information to my PCP, either! Very poor follow up and continuity of care!
I am beyond pleased after having my nose surgery. Sarah Vakkalanka is definitely the best surgeon in the business. I cant thank you enough for the awesome difference in helping me breathe better. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Joshua
Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Doctor Vakkalanka is an amazing person. She listens and really cares about you as a patient. Have been going there for years. Only problem is that she is always booked far out.
I still have pain in my left and right ear. Underneath my chin hurts really bad. Besides cleaning my left ear nothing else was done to help me feel better 🩹
