Bad customer service. Per Customer service rep. Pia and Jason they are not responsible for products not delivered!!! According to Pia they have been having issues with FedEx. It's up to the customer to take the issue up with FedEx, which I did. No follow up with FedEx even after Jason was provided with a case number from FedEx. There idea of resolving the issues is me to pay again for the product with a 20% discount. No tracking number or email is provide when orders are shipped out.

Love the bar soap for showering! Exfoliates skin without drying. Have not used any of the facial products.
