I purchased a home that she was the listing agent. Sarah spearheaded a remodel project for the seller. Long story short, I entered into a contract with no contingencies, it is a hot market... The remodel was not completed but in progress. No finishing work was done on trim. Uncovered nail holes, rough patches on spots that had been mudded (never painted back over).
