I can’t say enough good things about Doctor Sarah. She truly takes the time to listen and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. Every concern I bring up is taken seriously, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. Dr. Sarah and her office manager, Tania, always make me feel cared for.
I had the worst doctor’s experience of my life with this doctor. Came in with severe back pain because I injured my tailbone (later found out from another doctor that I had broken it). I overheard her talking to the med student who did my intake to be careful prescribing me anything because of my young age and that I might be lying about drug use and how I got injured. Did not offer any X-rays and never followed up, just said to ice and take ibuprofen.
This was a bad experience. It was suppose to be a meet and greet my possibly new Doctor. However I was questioned by 3 different people about my health issues, sometimes a trainee asking some of the same questions. This was very odd. I will never return to her office and have no intention of ever using her services. There is something very fishy going on here. Beware. Now I cannot reach her office on the phone.
