This was our second time buying but first time selling with Sarah. She did a walkthrough of our house to let us know how to prepare for showings and accentuate the house’s strengths. She identified a plan to list and show the house and held several open houses. Individual showing appointments were conveniently scheduled through an app that we had access to. A difficult sale made easy . This was my first time selling a house and Sarah made the process clear and stress free.
