I switched audiologist a few years ago and Dr. Pope has been outstanding. She listens (not meant to be a audiologist pun) and works to find the best solution for any problem I present. Great care and compassion. While there exists cheaper ways to get hearing aids today, having a knowledgeable professional customize your device for your particular needs is such a valuable benefit that it is worth the extra money you pay. My mother ordered custom hearing aids and we have had multiple problems. It is over 7 months now and she is still waiting on her left hearing aid. The doctors are very good but some of the customer service is awful. I had a customer service request today and was hung up on twice by the receptionist. They also do not call back in a timely manner. Sad that I would not recommend because of that. It’s too frustrating.
