Dr. Poggi litterally save my baby just by going the extra mile! She gave me a cerclage at 13 -14 weeks and at my 18th week appt just for a follow up she asked me was I having contractions. I told her no. She looked at me quietly for about 10 seconds and said “hmm I know my office is about to close but I just want to check to make sure you are not contracting”. Sincerely, one of the best—if not the best—doctors I’ve ever had. And that’s saying a lot, as I have spent the better part of the past 2+ years in and out of hospitals, in the care of various specialists after I was hit as a pedestrian by a speeding stolen car. Dr.Poggi was amazing as my MFM specialist. She’s definitely a matter of fact practitioner and doesn’t mince words. She helped bring my rainbow baby into the world.
Rude, condescending and isn’t open to the collaboration of care with other doctors. Wouldn’t recommend. Extremely rude.
