Dr. Poggi litterally save my baby just by going the extra mile! She gave me a cerclage at 13 -14 weeks and at my 18th week appt just for a follow up she asked me was I having contractions. I told her no. She looked at me quietly for about 10 seconds and said “hmm I know my office is about to close but I just want to check to make sure you are not contracting”. Sincerely, one of the best—if not the best—doctors I’ve ever had. And that’s saying a lot, as I have spent the better part of the past 2+ years in and out of hospitals, in the care of various specialists after I was hit as a pedestrian by a speeding stolen car.
