I'm very happy with Dr. Dunn. She is personable, professional and efficient. I feel confident in her skills and appreciate her display of concern for me and my skin's well being. Getting to her office is a nightmare. They need to figure out the 51, Park Road mess especially when exiting 485 west bound. I feel like I'm taking my life in my hands each time I pay her office a visit. Of that has nothing to do with her, she is great. I can easily recommend her.
Dr Dunn is extremly attentive and thorough. This was my 2nd visit with her and I would HIGHLY recommend her practice!
Don’t waste your time at this practice. I had to switch to a new derm because my insurance dropped my derm of years so tried this practice today. They do nothing. I don’t think she was in the room 3 minutes and considered everything I knew were basic skin matters that were always handled for me by my prior PA to be cosmetic and nothing they could do at this practice but refer me and if I want a full body exam I’ll have to wait a month. I was caught in unexpected road work and called Dr Dunn’s office to inform them I would be 10 minutes late. They said to come on in. I arrived 11 minutes late… She called back to Dr Dunn to inform her I was there. Dr Dunn said I was 11 minutes late and couldn’t see me. I was then told next available appointment would be 7 months….
