Red Hills always has very friendly and outstanding staff. The hours of service are very accomodating.. One of the absolute best veterinary offices I have ever experienced. My pets have always received the best of care. Highly recommend!
My lab got an ear infection out of no where. They were able to see him quick. Treated his ear and addressed other issues he's been having like non stop itching. Pricing was fair. Everyone in the office was great. Will efficacy be bring my dogs here from now on. Thank you guys for helping my dog he feels lots better and is happy again.
Honestly lost me as a client. Not communicating and being transparent is a huge thing for anything and to do with my animals is even worse. Blantly saying one thing to my husband face and to tell me another is ridiculous. As for the difference in pricing should be communicated upfront. And repeated when not specified..by the customer that, that is understood. That is your job to make sure that is communicated. Otherwise its shady as heck to be hey we did this now pay for it.
