I was terrified to have my first urology appointment. Sarah and her nurse Jessica were absolutely amazing. The nurse helped calm my nerves and talked me through what the appt could possibly look like. When Sarah came in, she was so welcoming and down to Earth. It helped that my test results were great, but still. I deeply appreciate the work they’re doing daily. Thank you so much!!!

My family and I didn’t have a pleasant experience. I had to beg for some sort of medication for relief from the bladder spams while having a catheter for an extended amount of time. After expressing that I was experiencing severe pain not mild discomfort and severe nausea with vomiting I was continuously dismissed and told to wait for the further testing over a month away. My pain was not controlled at all and I kept being told to go to the emergency room where they would refer be back to urology to which it would go further... read more

My mother has had a on going issue and is in severe pain and this Dr will do nothing to help her. They are going to cause her to go septic and die! This lack of support and help from a specialist is unacceptable. Shame on her and the staff.
