Had the first of 2 scheduled cataract procedures 4 days ago. Most people have excellent results, as did I, so thius is really more about the care before and immediately after the procedure. Dr. Nehls provided a careful examination and a thorough discussionn of what was to be done. There was some urgency in my case and she made a concerted effort to get me scheduled expeditiously. Dr. Nehls performed a simple cataract surgery on my left eye in 2021. She left multiple cataract fragments behind causing temporary blindness, swelling, and retina damage. This necessitated a second, emergency surgery. I would NOT recommend Dr. Nehls for eye care of any sort.
Excellent! Patient focused, informative and thorough. Office and surgical team is skilled and cohesive. Surgery proceeded as described comfortable and smooth; outcome and followup was excellent!
