I have never felt more unwelcome and more uncomfortable. I called the same day and was very pleased they got me in for an appointment that afternoon, but I didn't realize that Sarah was staying late for me and was extremely rude and so cold.... I expressed how nervous I was going to new people in the first place. I literally had no choice and just walked right out the door and we'll never be coming back.
I called the office this morning, been in pretty bad pain since Sunday, today is Tuesday. Through all the problems Sarah saw me, regardless of what is going on and patient being #1. Sarah's workplace was clean, organized, listened to all of my issues, never once rushed me. Her attitude towards me was amazing, I felt comfortable even though I suffer from anxiety. I have found my forever Chiropractor, thank you Sarah Colby!
