Sarah was the fourth realtor we've worked with in the Holland area. While her local knowledge, availability and fast response time were excellent, I believe her ability to listen and provide honest solutions set her apart from her peers. I was impressed with Sarah's professional demeanor, marketing tools, and her ability to navigate a complicated sale like ours. Through various issues with our condo associations, weird stipulations with the city and mortgage lenders, she got us through it all and we were very happy to close!
Sarah is beyond exceptional! She started with us back in 2015 and was beyond patient. We had so many questions and really didn’t know what direction to go yet she stayed with us through the whole thing. I'm so glad we had Sarah on our side while both buying and selling our home. She is very knowledgable and patiently answered all of my questions. She took care of everything and I really had very little to worry about. We sold our old home within a day and Sarah made special arrangements so that we could sign the closing paperwork early and leave town for our spring break vacation. We are loving our new home and are thankful we had Sarah to help us through the buying and selling process.
