Two months ago I found out I had a herniated disc, which then kept me laying flat for days and struggling through work. I have been seeing Sarah regularly for treatment since then, and it has been so supportive, both for symptoms and for healing. I can't recommend sessions with Sarah Lawrie enough. She is so knowing and intuitive and skilled in bodywork. I leave grounded and reset in so many ways each time.
