If I could give zero stars, I would. Thankfully someone was present at my appointment otherwise I don’t think anyone could have truly believed how atrociously I was treated. Sarah was the most incompetent, cold, rude person I have encountered. It was honestly the most bizarre, alarming experience with a person, let alone a “doctor,” which I’m not even convinced she could actually be.
Very pleasant experience as always. Dr Lagerdost and staff are great to work with.
Nice and kind physician but lacks experience and is not confident about her decisions. For me, this is not the kind of physician I can trust and who can give me reassurance, especially because I have a science background and am not a layman. I really miss Dr. Varkey, who I saw for a decade, and the practice won’t let me schedule with Dr Edwards, so I’ll be seeking care elsewhere.
