I was watching “couples therapy” and couldn’t as I am, after 14 years, still traumatized by how Sarah flirted with my ex in our sessions, only took his side, told me that after 8 months I could no longer have post-partum depression and then at one point, her and my ex laughed at and openly mocked me. She actively told him to live separately when I had a tiny baby at home. I’ve never been more humiliated by anyone in my life. It still haunts me.
I would not recommend her. I think she hurt our marriage rather than help it. She focused on the bad parts and never said “ what is good” and how can we work on repair.
