Terrible customer service! Customer Service 101: When you screw up, you should fix it. I hope Chantal posts her picture on your page.
One star is even generous going my experience. Not worth your time or money in my opinion. They screwed up my hair and refused to fix it. They preach The customer comes first and then they don't stand behind their work..... They have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Be careful when buying product they sold me Two conditioners instead of a shampoo & conditioner set. Granted maybe I should have double checked but really how hard is it to grab one of each wouldn't have guessed they could have screwed that up to... read more
