Dr Schwebber takes her time and actually listens to you.
The care and follow up abd response time was nothing but cruel, took weeks to get things signed off, Schweber would say that yes ill sign off on home care wound care and weeks past with nothing not even a verbal from her nurse or coordinator, this was a cruel and inhuman way to have a patient someone family member go home and left with nothing no help no compassion care , different agents called her left message in portal and still no response, she was left in pain with no help. UNBELIEVABLE waited TWO hours ! Original appt for 4:40pm The office calls to reschedule to 3:20 Arrived 3pm Medical Assistant takes me in 3:10 for vitals and then since 3:20 waited and waited and waited with no courtesy of explanation! Understand 30 min delays but TWO PLUS FREAKING HOURS! If I was late they wouldn’t have taken me and cancelled my appt! SO UNPROFESSIONAL FROM DOC AND MSK COMMACK!
