By far the best therapist I have ever worked with. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Russell.
Worst counselor I've ever had. I saw her for years as a teenager, while I lived with my violently abusive parents. She never recognized my symptoms of PTSD from severe child abuse. She saw me once after my mom had beat me up (I had two black eyes, bruises all over my body, etc. It was her second murder attempt) & even though my mother admitted that she had beaten me, Sarah Russell took pity on my abuser & decided it must have been the first time my mom had ever hurt me.
