Dr Eletto is a very kind and compassionate ER Doctor. My daughter was 5 hours away from me and was in the ER @ UM. Dr Eletto thoroughly explained what the care treatment was and what options we had. She made me feel very comfortable and I knew that she would provide the best care for her and she did.
