The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. This team sincerely cared about my well-being. If I am ever in need of skin care the Ark La Tex Dermatology clinic in Shreveport or Bossier will be the first place to call.

The wait time in the lobby was exceptionally long and I couldn't help but notice that the staff felt rushed "to turn rooms." I did not feel at all rushed by Dr. Glorioso, who was thorough and patient during my visit.
