The front desk staff were friendly and patient during our check in process. The nurse who called us back was very sweet and gracious when our one year old didn’t want to be weighed or measured. Dr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable and kindhearted, and she showed compassion and genuine care for our baby and her health. Overall, it was her first appointment at the practice, but we were very satisfied with our visit!
Doctor chen was very personable and knowledgeable about various conditions. I felt very comfortable discussing my health with her and appreciate it. Her willingness to sit and listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Very pleased that she is my new doctor!
Dr. Chen was thoughtful and understanding. Was able to get flu shot and labs conveniently in the office.
As always, good visit with Dr.Chen. She is knowledgeable, thorough and concerned about the patient.
I first met Dr. Chen virtually. There were some technical glitches, thus the lower score. But Dr. Chen seemed to be very interested in me as a patient and I got the feeling that she wasn’t biding the meeting until her next appointment as I have experienced with other professionals. She seems to be “old school” in that she is patient centered.
