Everyone at this practice is kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Bull took time with me and made sure I fully understood my situation. This first visit was an excellent experience and I left feeling more in control. I highly recommend Dr Bull and her staff.
I’ve heard Dr Bull is great but I’ve been waiting on the phone for 30 mins to check on a referral that was sent 3 weeks ago. They were supposed to give me a call when it was reviewed and I’ve heard nothing back from them. And now when I call I have to wait 30 mins on hold to talk to someone about an appointment I can hopefully make.
Dr. Bull is an amazing endocrinologist. I was referred to her in 2018 after having a thyroidectomy due to suspicious nodules. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, and really works with me to find potential solutions. She is knowledgeable and never makes me feel like I'm being irrational with my symptoms. The only difficult thing I will say is getting and appointment, so I recommend booking your next appointment when you are in the office for your appointment.
