I have called 4 times to see Dr. Boutwell (she is supposedly my internist). 2 of the times I had symptoms that needed urgent appointments, one of the times I called to schedule my annual physical. None of the times was she ever available; moreover, when I called to say I'm having pain in my jaw, the appointment attendant told me "Dr. Boutwell's eariest appointment is 8 months from now"!!!!!!!! My appointment was at 8. I was called back at 7:50. Met with the nurse until 8. The medical student came in at 8:20 for about 10 minutes. Dr Boutwell came in at 9.
