Horrible experience with my 8 year old daughter. Claimed to have “ zero “ information about our whole family and made me fill her in on my other children- when she has seen them for physicals AND SHOULD HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION. Not only has she seen my other kids for physicals but they have been in the reliant system for over 10 years and all their records should be there. But today she claimed to have zero info on anyone.
