My appointment was at 9am. I was there for my appointment on time. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 and a half hours. When I went to ask what was taking so long I was told that there was still two people in front of me. The lack of communication is appalling. I understand things happen and people get behind, but this is a habit with this office. I left without seeing the doctor, and I will be taking my care elsewhere.

My visit went well with Dr. Baker. Most of my family sees her. She is very thorough with my physical exam. I trust her judgement on what she finds in my exam. Being a senior citizen, I try to keep tract of my health and Dr. Baker is one of my doctors I can rely on. Her medical staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Baker rates a five star in my opinion.
