I recently visited this office for botox placed Melissa Troha. She is wonderful and so informative. She made sure to give me realistic expectations when I expressed what I wanted, went through the process in full and talked me through what to expect after. I have extremely sensitive skin with eczema and cystic acne issues. She has helped immensely in helping clear my problem areas. She also radiates so much joy and makes the process so much fun.
Dr Avila and her team are amazing! I had a botched blepharoplasty 15 years ago and have seen many doctor’s over the years for revision. I came to her for an upper bleph and she recommended a brow lift and another surgery which I really wanted to do…but unfortunately, my experience with her was very upsetting. I felt like she was angry with me for asking questions and for being understandably nervous about eyelid surgery. She wasn’t warm or reassuring and seemed annoyed whenever I expressed concerns about certain things.
