I use to love coming here with my family but it has new owners and they are taking it to a corporate level so the experience is different.
Horrible experience. Dirty, bugs, smelly, I couldn't take a shower, 8t didn't look like the sheets were changed. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this place.
Stayed in the Tidewater room. Uncomfortable. Floors in bathroom sank when you stepped on them. Bed was way too soft. Never saw any staff in person. Should have someone there. Took about 5 minutes to get hot water. When I called the contact number the staff member just laughed and said to leave it run. Not real personalized service. Definitely not worth the price. There are better b & b's in St Augustine Definitely not worth the price
