I've seen this provider twice now. Both times he spent the majority of the visit typing what I said on my chart and not asking many questions himself. When I asked questions, he answered them in a dismissive tone. I would have preferred a more empathetic tone and consistent eye contact.

This was a walk in urgent care visit so questions regarding appointment times didn't really apply. That being said, I was seen right away and was very satisfied with the visit.
