Overall l think Dr. Sarachek and staff make every effort to render exceptional care and service.
This was an urgent care visit. All went well because the waiting room was light with people. So wait time was minimal. Staff was cordial and doctor was patient and kind.

I recently moved to California from Toronto, where I had been cared by a family physician for many many years. Dr. Saracheck has always treated me with compassion, kindness, and respect. He is an extraordinary health care provider. He listens patiently and displays genuine concerns to address all of my questions relating to my health. I've seen this provider twice now. Both times he spent the majority of the visit typing what I said on my chart and not asking many questions himself. When I asked questions, he answered them in a dismissive tone. I would have preferred a more empathetic tone and consistent eye contact.
Walk in. Excellent
Dr. Sarachek is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Ie went for my annual physical and he spent a lot of time with me. He knew my medical history and answered questions I had
This was a walk in urgent care visit so questions regarding appointment times didn't really apply. That being said, I was seen right away and was very satisfied with the visit.
