I am a patient of ARC 1st location since 2005 till today , my problems always was refilling the prescriptions sometimes a week to get it refilled, I am not talking about a pain meds or something requires authorization from GOD but that’s the normal from ARC , I complained half a dozen times to the doctors about the refills and how it take so much long time to fill it however nothing happened so as soon as we pass Covid 19 times me and my family are out of there, LIFE IS TO SHORT GOR THIS CRAP.💩.
I went to ARC Buda after moving to the area. I had a physical and asked for prescriptions. I gave the doctor a list of medications I was taking. That part of the visit lasted less than a minute. I bought private insurance not being aware that I wasn't covered for psychological issues. Because I had two psych meds on the list, the doctor decided to code the visit as a psych visit. I had an appointment at this location today. They were not screening people properly for Covid-19 (not checking temperature, etc) just asking simple questions from people line up at the entrance. After entering the clinic, a line up of people waiting to check-in with many people sitting waiting to see a provider. This place also double book doctors adding to waiting time increasing the chance of getting Covid-19 I found them careless about safety of patient at a time that Covid-19 is increasing in Austin. This place is horrible. We have one doctor who is Amazing but if he happens to be unavailable the other Doctors are Incompetent. I've had experience after experience where an alternative Doctor refused to give medication to fix an infection and we end up having to return 3 days later. Each time the Doctor saying "If it doesn't clear up call us back and I'll call in the medication for you".
