Sara came back to me once my offer was submitted… she then asked me if I would sign to cover appraisal gap. I accepted and resubmitted offer. Then she explained that final and best offer was to be placed by 8pm on 7/27/25. I was the final and best offer and still was rejected. Terrible business. Would not recommend.
