I searched all the local butcher shops looking for the best sausage because I wasn't happy with anything I could find in the large grocery stores in the Denver area. No luck there either. Just because you put the name "Mexican" on the label does not make it Mexican sausage. Having been raised on both "Mexican" and "Italian" sausage I know what to expect. I being 56 years of age do not like to waste time nor money on useless things ... buying you sausage did both. I would have had a better experience with taste from a spicy Jimmy Dean product. I'm giving your breakfast links 3 stars because I hope I was robbed. I have loved the sausage available at Smiley's restaurant in Colorado Springs until today. Growing up in Chicago I have loved and appreciated sausage my whole life!
