Coming from New Orleans, living in Colorado, I was distressed to find that short of buying massive quantities of Andouille online and having it shipped to me (very expensive), the only place I could find a remotely palatable andouille was at Safeway- they had "Adele's Andouille." It was pretty good, but $9 a lb. Then one day, my eye caught the word Andouille in the sausage isle at Walmart... Just under $6 per lb, and I'm VERY pleased with it.
