I've never been treated with as little regard by an NP as I was last week by Sara Patterson. I have an ongoing, very complicated and painful condition. I have a pulmonologist and a GE, well established. I'm a new patient, couldn't get my meds filled. I was upset. She ranted and raved at me, saying I was belligerant with her staff when she was on vacation. I can't just go off my meds-she's had the list since December. She told me to stop talking. I was in tears. She's full of herself-a bully

I have to agree with the other negative reviews that all had Sara's degrading manner in view. I thought perhaps I was being too sensitive, but then saw others have gone through the same thing. I left feeing stupid and if I wasted her time. It felt as if she spoke down to me. Her nursing assistant and others in the office had a much different attitde.

Took my wife in to make sure I did not transmit my flu to her as she is experiencing these systems this provider within seconds said only a cold and couldn't get the flu from me. I questioned her and was told for five minutes how many degrees she has and how great she is always thought if you have to tell how great you are you aren't. Great example of what a health care provider should not be and is an example of the worst the medical profession.

We changed our entire family over to Sara Patterson, DNP about a year ago. We have never been so happy with our medical care. Everyone from the receptionist to the provider are spectacular. We always feel like we get personalized care for people who not only care about our medical health, but us as people. We have seen multiple providers in the clinic when Sara was out of the office, and love them all! We are always able to be seen very quickly and have a great follow up care as well.

I would never recommend Sara. She, is very degrading. Acted as if I was wasting her time. I went to her a total of three times because I thought after the first appointment maybe I was being too critical! Her bedside manner is less than stellar. Her disrespectful manner is not worth the time or money. Feel lucky if you had a good experience. I will be driving the hour back and forth to see my other provider . On a positive note the office staff are friendly. And, very helpful.

I started to see Sara when I moved to the area about a year ago. I've seen her multiple times for multiple issues. I've always found her to be a compassionate listener. I trust her and find her very easy to get along with. I think I'll keep her. :-)
