Enjoyed meeting Sarah and felt valued as a patient. She was patient and answered all my questions.
I went Sara to establish a PCP, was greated an hour later than our appointment with the statement, " did you make this appointment today," when I scheduled it weeks in advance. Our appointment itself lasted less than 10 minutes, which is absolutely inexcusable considering my problem list and general assessment guidelines. Then when I told her my main problems she kept stating she wasn't going to give me medications, although I had already told her I do not and will not be taking any medication.
Prompt, kind, thorough.
She is an excellent provider. She talks to you like a person and I like that. She explains everything to you so you can understand.
Was at clinic over 2 hours, she spent 10 min with me. Had student do full workup on NP est care visit.

I have been seeing Sara for a few years. She is very competent, professional, and takes the time to listen and address all my issues. Really listening is the best attribute of a nurse practitioner! Her MA has been with her for the time I have been seeing her, which is a plus also. I appreciate having Sara as my primary care provider.
