Dr Cicmanec lost her temper at me in an appointment and told me in her words that, “the extra 5 minutes it would take to request labs is a huge problem for me because I have 1,000 patients”. The way this doctor treated my 80-year-old grandma was absolutely unacceptable. She spoke to her disrespectfully and treated her differently because of her personal political beliefs. When my grandma declined another COVID shot, the doctor followed her out to the lobby, raising her voice and continuing to argue with her. She even refused to re-prescribe a medication that had been helping my grandma and told her to find a new doctor even though this wasn’t my grandma’s regular doctor in the first place.
