Needed to reschedule my appointment due to an acute illness. I was offered a new appointment in 5 months due to a business model that cannot accommodate a change. This model is unacceptable.
My family & I switched during the beginning of the pandemic to Dental Design Studio & we could not be more happy. Every single member of the staff is absolutely kind, courteous, & respectful.
