I had my first visit w/Dr. Turner last month and i found her to be a good doctor. She listened to my concerns, took them seriously and immediately 'removed some precancerous lesions from my forehead & upper lip. She also prescribed me 2 creams, 1 to help w/overall sundamage to my face & body, the other to help w/my clogged pores! Been waiting over two weeks to have my medical records. Sent to my plastic surgeon for my upcoming skin cancer removal. No response from the office or nurses. Also message was sent to Sarah Turner who apparently has not responded in two weeks to that message. In addition, I’ve been very disappointed with her ability to actually acknowledge and find spots. since I’ve gone to a new dermatologist, i now have four additional biopsies upcoming for the same exact spots she was not concerned with.
