I've had a multiple frustrating experiences with Dr. Sara Berkey and her office, primarily related to communication and billing transparency. I've also experienced wait times exceeding 45 minutes. During one visit, I explicitly told Dr. Berkey that I did not want any procedure performed if it would result in significant out-of-pocket costs. Even though I had a very good experience as far as customer service wise, I still left the clinic in pain without an unscheduled colonoscopy. I’m waiting on a phone call to be scheduled in February. I called back several times today and nobody is available. I don’t know if it was because of my insurance, but I feel like my health issue has been pushed in the back burner. I’m trying to get back healthy and I don’t feel like my visit yesterday accomplished anything
Dr. Berkey made me feel very comfortable and remove my anxiety. Her demeanor was personal and professional. I feel so much better that she is my doctor and trust her care plan for me is in the best of my interest.
