From the time you walk in the door until you leave everyone is courteous and efficient. No long waits. My only concern is prescription refills. For the most part, requesting refills, and especially controlled drugs is difficult. Once after trying for minimum of four business days for refill of a non-opioid I gave up and went to an Urgent Care facility. I would love to see improvement here. Thanks.
