First time and clueless homebuyer here. I bought an old small house on some land. Sara was amazing. Her knowledge of older houses, the issues to look for, things that get overlooked was amazing! Sellers didn’t even know they had a septic tank! Sara did. Saved me $4k on the inspection. They paid. She knew about possible asbestos in the siding, looked for right of way deeds on the property (there was one). None of this was revealed by the seller.
